    What you will do

    • Configure and run Swiss-style CNC equipment to meet engineering drawings and specifications.
    • Dial in tooling, offsets, and parameters; monitor cycle performance and hold tight tolerances.
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to sustain machine uptime.
    • Conduct in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify compliance.
    • Work closely with engineering and production to refine setups, stabilize processes, and enhance quality.
    • Record production metrics, setup details, and maintenance actions with clear, accurate documentation.
    • Follow safety procedures and maintain an orderly, well-organized workstation.

    What you bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.
    • Hands-on background setting up and operating Swiss-type CNC machines.
    • Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and G-code fundamentals.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings with confidence.
    • Skill with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
    • Strong troubleshooting ability, keen attention to detail, and a quality-first mindset.
    • Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
