POSITION OVERVIEW
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Swing Shift Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our growing Hospital Medicine team at AdventHealth DeLand.
This full-time, hospital-employed opportunity offers a predictable 7-on / 7-off schedule from 4:00 PM-4:00 AM, providing evening and overnight coverage within a collaborative Hospital Medicine program focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and high-quality inpatient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide admissions and cross-coverage for the Hospital Medicine service during evening and overnight hours
Manage patients across general medical floors and ICU with appropriate support
Evaluate and manage acute changes in hospitalized patients
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered inpatient care
Support continuity of care through effective communication and handoff
