About the Role:Fiberglass Pool Designs LLC is looking for a motivated Swimming Pool Technician Helper to join our growing team in Hamilton, NJ! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the pool industry, learn hands-on skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist lead pool technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment
- Vacuum pools
- Balance water chemistry
- Transport, organize, and stage tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
- Support plumbing and equipment setup including pumps, filters, and piping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
Requirements:- No prior pool experience required — willingness to learn is a must
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is required
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness
