SwimLabs Sugar Land is looking for reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic Swim Instructors who enjoy teaching swimmers of all ages, from infants and children to teens and adults, while helping them build confidence and water safety skills.
What You'll Do
- Teach private and small-group swim lessons using our proven curriculum.
- Help swimmers of all ages and skill levels improve their swimming techniques.
- Track student progress and communicate with swimmers and parents.
- Maintain a safe, fun, and positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent schedule.
- Previous swimming or teaching experience preferred.
- Enjoy working with swimmers of all ages and abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability during evenings and/or weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
