About SafeSplash
At SafeSplash, we believe swimming is a life skill®. Our mission is to help children and adults build confidence, safety, and joy through swimming. Our curriculum, designed by world-class swimmers, focuses on teaching proper technique and water safety in a fun, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

Teach swim lessons following the SafeSplash® curriculum in a positive and engaging way.
Work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
Provide feedback to help students improve and gain confidence.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Communicate with families about student progress.

Qualifications

CPR-PR/AED and First Aid certification (adult, child, infant).
Prior teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred.
Lifeguard certification.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Training in the SafeSplash® curriculum is provided.
Ability to work some days in the morning (Tuesday and/or Saturday, Sunday).

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
