Description:
SWAT / Root Cause Engineer responsible for supporting vehicle launches and manufacturing operations through electrical/electronic issue investigation and root cause analysis. The role includes troubleshooting EE issues, supporting EOL validation, analyzing failures, coordinating investigations, supporting fleet activities, managing escalations and triage, driving containment actions, and supporting manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
" Support vehicle launches and manufacturing operations.
" Investigate electrical and electronic issues and perform root-cause analysis.
" Support end-of-line validation and analyze reported failures.
" Perform troubleshooting and coordinate technical investigations.
" Support fleet activities, issue triage, and escalation management.
" Prepare issue and status reports.
" Drive containment actions and support manufacturing teams.
