Senior Counsel For Registered FundsThe Senior Counsel will work with the Deputy General Counsel and other members of the legal team. Main responsibilities include advising on all registered funds related legal matters, including drafting and reviewing all offering, marketing and documentation, reviewing for SEC and FINRA compliance. Provide legal advice and aid in provisions relating to 1940 Act compliance as it pertains to transactions, fund of fund matters, advisory, etc. Negotiate a wide range of agreements with registered fund counterparties, including closed-end funds, mutual funds, real estate investment trusts and various fund managers. Manage outside counsel as necessary.
