    A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Reporting Manager to lead the reporting function for Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs). This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing the full reporting lifecycle-data validation, reconciliations, performance reporting, and client deliverables-while driving operational excellence, automation, and process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own all SMA reporting deliverables and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high‑quality output.
    • Manage the reporting calendar, workflow, and team capacity. Delegate tasks to the wider team.
    • Establish strong data‑quality controls and oversee reconciliations with custodians.
    • Build and refine governance, documentation, audit trails, and issue tracking.
    • Lead reporting transformation, automation, and AI‑driven workflow improvements.
    • Partner with Technology, Operations, Client Management, and PM teams to enhance data pipelines and reporting tools.
    • Support SMA onboarding and coordinate with custodians on data readiness and setup.
    • Develop and mentor reporting analysts and collaborate with client teams when needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Deep expertise in SMA reporting, performance measurement, and fixed‑income concepts.
    • Proven leadership experience with strong people‑management skills.
    • Background in workflow optimization, automation, and technology‑enabled process enhancements.
    • Strong control mindset and experience with governance and production controls.
    • Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel plus familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and reporting systems.
    • Strong communicator able to partner across technical and nontechnical groups
    • Must have experience across fixed income instruments including ABOR oversight, accruals, and amortization
