This executive leader will drive enterprise-wide marketing strategy, brand growth, member engagement, and business development while leading a high-performing marketing team and collaborating closely with executive leadership.

SVP of Marketing – Do you have the following:
· Must have track record of mentoring, developing and coaching team members
· Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
· Minimum of 3 direct reports in prior roles
· Strategic enterprise marketer with strong brand growth and marketing planning expertise
· Proven leader with executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership
· Experience coaching, developing, and leading high-performing marketing teams
· Strong marketing analytics, KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision making
· Expertise in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and measurable business growth
· Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and build confidence across executive teams
· Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, and department operations
· Comfortable in fast paced environment
· Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred for SVP)
· Credit union or community banking experience preferred (financial services experience considered)
