The SVP National Broker Manager is directly responsible for planning, developing, and executing activities to achieve growth, new business, and retention goals for 12 national broker relationships. This individual serves as the key point of contact for Personal Lines (PL) executives at national brokers and coordinates with Regional Leaders (RLs) and Regional Sales Leaders (RSLs) to drive execution of business plans. This role serves on the Sales & Distribution Senior Leadership Team and, as such, helps establish and execute S&D strategy, initiatives, and tactics across North America PRS.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with PL executive leaders at national brokers to understand their firms'' obstacles, opportunities, and plans, and develop joint business plans to address them
Plan and execute strategies and tactics to achieve annual PRS goals for new business growth, quote volume, Premier Accounts, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal retention
Identify opportunities to drive division initiatives with national brokers
Support COI work with national brokers
Manage allocated marketing budgets
Regular interaction with PRS Senior Executives to provide monthly reports on financial results and progress against national broker business plans, including explanation of results
Negotiate compensation strategies
Manage Service Center Agreements
Coordinate training and service initiatives between brokers and the Chubb team
Collaborate with corporate broker relationship owners (Broker Owners) to maximize the overall corporate relationship and foster cross-selling
Bridge connections between key executives at national brokers and division leadership in Underwriting, Operations, Sales & Distribution, Risk Consulting, and Marketing to ensure operational engagement in the appropriate areas
Bridge connections between Chubb PRS leadership and National Broker PL leadership to ensure executive alignment and communication
Work with RSLs to drive execution of plans in local marketplaces and gain local marketplace perspective and feedback
Identify and gather key competitive intelligence, and make recommendations on forward-looking business strategies
Develop and implement programs to garner producer feedback in order to improve the relationship and identify producer needs
Maintain best practices on principles and frameworks for assessing distribution strategy and performance for assigned producers; recommend changes to meet short- and long-term business needs

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 10+ years of Personal Lines experience in a regional or corporate office
Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with large, complex distribution partners
National account or enterprise-level relationship management experience
The pay range for the role is $144,000 to $216,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
