SUSHI CHEFS / SUSHI MAKERS

The Twisted Tuna in Jupiter is hiring experienced Sushi Chefs and Sushi Makers to join our busy, high-volume restaurant.

We re looking for dependable team members who work efficiently, maintain excellent quality and presentation, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi and other menu items
  
• Maintain proper food-safety and sanitation standards
  
• Keep the sushi station clean, stocked and organized
  
• Ensure consistent quality, portioning and presentation
  
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams
  

Qualifications:

• Previous sushi preparation experience
  
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling
  
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well under pressure
  
• Available for nights, weekends and holidays
