We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to support our fine-dining sushi program.
Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi, ensuring consistency and adherence to traditional techniques.
Assist in sourcing ingredients, monitoring prep and production, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Collaborate on menu updates and participate in tastings and briefings.
Support daily station operations, including mise en place and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications include 1-3+ years of experience in upscale dining, mastery of sushi techniques, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. A Food Handler Safety Card and knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols are required. The role offers $40/hour, benefits, and remains open until June 19, 2026.
