Position Overview
GM2 is currently expanding our Survey Teams and we have open positions of Survey Project Managers within our NH, MA, and RI office locations. The ideal candidate is a team player who will lead complex surveying projects across both design and construction phases within urban environments and large-scale infrastructure. They will thrive on precision, communicate with accuracy, and drive collaboration from proposal through delivery, working closely with clients, field crews, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage land surveying projects, budgets, and timelines.
Serve as primary client liaison and project lead.
Supervise field crews and ensure high-quality data collection.
Requires travel to field sites, including out of state on occasion.
Coordinate CAD workflows and data processing across multiple platforms.
Conduct QA/QC reviews of deliverables.
Mentor junior staff and foster team development.
Market services throughout the industry.
Qualifications
Licenses & Certifications
Registered Land Surveyor or Land Surveyor in Training.
Valid drivers license.
Additional state licenses is a plus.
Experience
6 years of land surveying experience including project management.
