    You’ll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality across every phase of the survey process, while mentoring others, managing client relationships, and driving technical and operational performance.

    About the Role
    Bohler’s Boca Raton, FL office is seeking a Survey Project Manager who is passionate about precision, leadership, and quality in land surveying. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering and design teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure all survey deliverables meet Bohler’s standards for technical excellence and client satisfaction.
     
    What You’ll Do 
    • Support the Business Manager and Senior Project Manager in managing daily survey operations and procedures 
    • Review and monitor field surveys, CAD work, plats, and final survey deliverables 
    • Oversee boundary analysis, computations, and survey preparation for ALTA, topographic, utility, and roadway surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D 
    • Perform quality control on all survey documents, including plats, legal descriptions, and title review 
    • Coordinate project requirements with field crews, CAD staff, and cross-functional teams 
    • Communicate regularly with clients to discuss progress, address challenges, and present solutions 
    • Manage financial aspects of survey projects, including proposals, billing, invoicing, and collections 
    • Mentor and train field crews, CAD technicians, and support staff 
    • Coordinate schedules and deliverables across departments and external partners 
    • Comply with all company policies, standards, and quality procedures

    What You’ll Bring 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience 
    • 7+ years of relevant experience in land surveying 
    • LS preferred (or ability to obtain) 
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
    • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through abilities 
    • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
