Survey Project Manager

A well-established civil engineering firm in South Jersey is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead surveying projects from initial scope through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced survey professional who enjoys managing projects, mentoring staff, working directly with clients, and contributing to the growth of a successful civil engineering practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction, and/or land development surveying, along with project management and client-facing experience. Responsibilities include managing schedules and budgets, overseeing field and office staff, reviewing survey deliverables, coordinating with engineers and clients, preparing proposals and scopes of work, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of surveying experience
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
• Experience managing survey crews and technical staff
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and surveying software
• LSIT preferred; NJ PLS a plus
• Strong understanding of NJ surveying standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
