We're seeking a Survey Manager who can balance people leadership, technical excellence, and business operations while driving quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do

• Lead and develop both office and field survey professionals
• Shape department processes, technology, and workflow improvements
• Oversee project delivery, staffing, scheduling, and resource planning
• Serve as the PSM of record, providing professional oversight and technical review
• Partner closely with engineering leadership and key clients
• Influence strategic decisions related to staffing, operations, and growth

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license
• 7+ years of land surveying experience
• Prior leadership experience managing teams, projects, or operations
• Strong knowledge of survey production, project delivery, and client management
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey technologies
• Familiarity with LiDAR, scanning, GNSS/GPS, and UAV workflows
