    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Survey Manager to oversee and manage the scheduling, communication, and coordination of survey crews(s) on a large-scale project with an estimated duration of ten (10) years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying (both field and office), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large scale projects and field crews efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate daily scheduling of field survey crews and office support staff.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, and field crews.
    • Review work orders, proposals, and project requirements to ensure field readiness.
    • Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of survey services.
    • Maintain detailed records of work progress, crew assignments, and equipment use.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of survey operations.
    • Assist with drafting task orders and organizing project files.
    • Position will require the candidate to work both onsite and offsite


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying.
    • Strong knowledge of survey terminology, processes, and documentation.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Trimble Business Center.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and internal teams.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
