A Land Surveying Firm in Port St. Lucie, FL is looking for an AutoCAD Drafter with experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The ideal candidate brings their field knowledge and work experience to be trained and transitioned into an in-office CAD Drafter.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Drawing easement sketches, boundary surveys, and additional types of surveys
*Drawing and interpreting utility as-builts
*Plotting, locating, and reading land descriptions regarding both easements and parcels of land
*Reviewing and applying Title documents and Table A items (ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys)
Requirements:
*Field experience in land surveying experience (as an Instrument Man, Crew Chief, etc)
*Any familiarity or exposure to AutoCAD
