    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of surveillance equipment; alarm installation and repair. Shall also assist in the maintenance and repair of the digital surveillance system.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED

    • Electrical Background required. Will be available for emergencies 24 hours and day 7 days a week. Prior Surv experience a plus.
    • Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
    • Must be at least 21. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment

    HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

    • Will review the camera repair list located in the main Video Operators Room and also review the VCR tape review log that is conducted on a daily basis.
    • Repair any reported video loss or equipment malfunction.
    • Keep up to date information on newly installed cameras on a VCR tape review log sheet to aid in tape reviews.
    • Keep a complete inventory of all used and new Surveillance install equipment in stock.
    • Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of existing video cameras.
    • Keep up to date on all State Lottery machine moves and Scioto remodeling projects that involve cash areas both Lodge and Track side.
    • Job duties include running wire, installing strut, camera installation and proper camera focus and alignment.
    • Responsible for the return of all defective video equipment for repair.
    • Must also work as a Surveillance Operator when needed
    • All other duties as assigned.
