Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
- Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
- Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
- Monitors all non-gaming procedures
- Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
- Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
- Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Ballys Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Environmental Working Conditions:
The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
Target Salary:
- Target Salary Range $16.50
