- Our client is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Surveillance Operators to join their Operations Center in Las Vegas.
- This is a fully onsite, desk-based monitoring role responsible for observing live video surveillance feeds, identifying suspicious or unsafe activity, and responding appropriately through audio intervention and incident escalation.
- Operators monitor multiple properties nationwide using proprietary surveillance technology and coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and property representatives as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple live video surveillance feeds simultaneously.
- Identify unauthorized, suspicious, or unsafe activity in real time.
- Issue live audio warnings when appropriate.
- Contact law enforcement, first responders, or property contacts for active incidents.
- Create accurate and detailed incident reports.
- Navigate multiple monitors, software applications, and browser tabs concurrently.
- Maintain vigilance and focus throughout the shift.
- Escalate technical concerns to IT support when necessary.
- Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with law enforcement and property managers.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and monitors simultaneously.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to remain seated and focused for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must be able to successfully complete mandatory training requirements.
