About the Job:
Loveland Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Surgical Technologist to support surgical procedures in a high-performing outpatient surgery center. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a sterile environment, preparing surgical instruments, and assisting surgeons during procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterile and ready
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases
- Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts per protocol
- Prepare and handle surgical specimens appropriately
- Monitor supplies and maintain OR organization
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to ensure patient safety

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $41/hr
Shift Duration: Approximately 10 hours
Estimated Pay: $411 per shift
Experience Needed: PRN (As-needed basis, flexible shifts)

- Active Surgical Technologist Certification
- Updated Resume
- Professional References (at least two)
- COVID Vaccination Card
