    What You’ll Do 

    As a Surgical Technologist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the surgical team and ensuring a safe, efficient operating room environment while delivering exceptional patient care.

    • Prepare the operating room by organizing sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures.
    • Maintain the sterile field by passing instruments, assisting surgeons, and supporting the surgical team throughout procedures.
    • Perform accurate instrument, sponge, and supply counts while assisting with specimen handling and dressing application.
    • Operate and monitor surgical equipment, including sterilizers, suction devices, lights, and other operating room equipment.
    • Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory management, sterilization processes, and operating room readiness in collaboration with the Circulating RN.
    • Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

    Who We’re Looking For

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong technical skills, a focus on sterile technique, and the ability to remain calm and organized during surgical procedures.

    • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required.
    • Must hold a Surgical Technologist license with the State of Colorado (DORA) required.
    • Certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) preferred.
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in a healthcare or surgical setting preferred.
    • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
    • Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
    • Ability to maintain a sterile environment, stay organized, and stand for extended periods.
    • Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, sterile technique, and patient care practices.
    • Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively in emergency situations.
    • Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation and building positive working relationships with patients, providers, and colleagues.

    What We Offer

    Our total rewards package includes

    • Pay Range: $25.72 - $34.71/hour (based on experience)
    • Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends, and other incentive pay available.
    • PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

    Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
