Responsibilities:
Scrub for high-risk spine, neuro trauma, and craniotomy for tumor cases.
Assist in ortho-spine, neuro, and complex Level 1 trauma cases.
Requirements:
Education: AST
Licensure/Certification: Surgical Tech
Experience in a pediatric Level 1 trauma center
Required Certifications: CST, BLS
On Call Requirement: 2-3 call shifts in an 8-week schedule period
Must be available to work both day and night shifts as needed to support unit needs
Preferred Skills:
Pediatric experience preferred
Level 1 trauma experience required
Additional Notes:
RTO: Not approved within the first two weeks of the assignment
Vaccination Exemption: Medical and religious exemptions for the seasonal influenza vaccine are allowed
