What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• CVOR experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation
• Excellent understanding of sterile technique
• Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team
• Strong communication, teamwork & patient-care skills
