What Youll Do:- Assist in surgical procedures professionally and competently
- Handle and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
- Scrub in for surgeries, ensuring adherence to protocols
- Support physicians during procedures with necessary tools and supplies
- Maintain clean and disinfected endoscopes, following quality control measures
- Help manage department operations and ensure all procedures run smoothly
- Keep current with clinical knowledge, technical skills, and certifications
- Execute other duties as assigned by nursing staff or supervisors
What You Need:- Certified Surgical Technologist with current certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a surgical setting
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
