What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
  • Scrub for surgeries, maintaining aseptic technique
  • Support physicians and nursing staff during procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of endoscopes and related equipment
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the surgical department
  • Stay updated with clinical knowledge, technical skills, and credentials
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality control protocols
  • Perform other related duties as required

What You Need:
  • Certification in Surgical Technology (refreshed as needed)
  • At least 2 years of surgical tech experience
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment and ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, healthcare environment
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving lifting and exposure to biological materials
