What You'll Do
  • Assist physicians during surgical procedures with competence and professionalism
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and disinfection of surgical equipment and supplies
  • Maintain the availability of instruments and supplies for procedures
  • Support department operations and maintain high-level clinical knowledge
  • Adhere to safety and infection control standards
  • Perform equipment disinfection and quality control measures on endoscopes
  • Provide direct patient care and assist in room turnover activities
What You Need
Required:
  • Certification in Surgical Technology
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years surgical tech experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and adapt to changing environments

Preferred:
  • Experience with endoscope disinfection
  • Additional certifications or specialized skills related to surgical procedures
