Job Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments before procedures.
Assist surgeons and other surgical team members during operations.
Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection-control protocols.
Handle and pass surgical instruments and supplies as needed.
Monitor and maintain surgical equipment.
Ensure proper handling and counting of instruments and supplies.
