What Youll Do- Assist physicians during surgical procedures, ensuring smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies, including sterilization and disinfection of endoscopes
- Support the clinical team with patient care tasks before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment in accordance with hospital standards
- Ensure technical skills, training, and credentials are current and compliant
- Assist in department operations and adapt positively to workflow changes
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols to handle biohazardous materials appropriately
What You Need- Valid Surgical Technology Certification (no online certification accepted)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or medical setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
