What You’ll Do
  • Assist physicians during surgical procedures with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of sterile equipment and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of endoscopes, adhering to quality control standards
  • Support the operating room team in daily departmental operations
  • Manage equipment, supplies, and documentation for surgical procedures
  • Provide direct patient care assistance as needed
  • Adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic healthcare environment
What You Need
  • Required:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Graduate from an approved surgical technology certification program
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar medical setting
    • Certification in Surgical Technology (no online certs accepted)
    • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Preferred:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Good judgment and ability to work independently
