Now Hiring: Surgical Technologist
We are currently seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our high-performing surgical team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in a surgical setting and a passion for excellence in patient care. Preferred experience includes plastic surgery, spine procedures, and pain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to specific case needs.
- Assist surgeons during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.
- Manage OR turnover efficiently and follow all sterilization protocols.
- Anticipate surgical team needs and ensure seamless procedural support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a surgical setting.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) strongly preferred.
- Prior exposure to plastic surgery, spinal cases, and/or pain management procedures.
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, instrumentation, and safety protocols.
