What Youll Do
- Assist in picking and organizing instruments for surgical and procedural cases
- Notify the supervisor upon your arrival and adhere to hospital check-in procedures
- Change into sterile scrubs, hairnets, and shoe covers, following safety regulations
- Scan and track all trays, instruments, and materials to ensure safety and accountability
- Check carts for missing items, stock supplies, and maintain organization for upcoming surgeries
- Help re-stock supplies and locate missing instruments as needed
- Ensure carts are prepared and ready in the correct order before each procedure
What You Need
Required:- Ability to follow hospital scrubbing, safety, and organizational protocols
- Past experience in instrument picking, case cart management, or related duties preferred
Preferred:- Familiarity with sterile procedures and hospital environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
