SPT Sterile Processing Technician
Role Overview:
Responsible for decontaminating, assembling, wrapping, and sterilizing surgical instruments and trays in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of SPT experience; first-time travelers accepted
- BLS + CBSPD or CRCST/HSPA required
- Experience with decontamination, sterilization, instrument assembly, and wrapping
- Ortho, Neuro & Cardiovascular experience preferred
- Must lift up to 30 lbs and stand for up to 5 hours
- Shift: Friday Sunday
- No call; floating may be required
- 75-mile local radius; locals not accepted
- Free parking; Epic charting
