Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 5 8 s with call every third day and possible 2 weekends a month W/30-MINUTE RESPONSE REQUIRED, & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 year CVOR
CERTIFICATIONS: NBSTSA, BLS.
EPIC exp required
Level I trauma exp required

RTO: MAX 7 days
WEEKENDS: twice per month
CALL REQUIREMENTS: every third day with 30-min response time
HOLIDAYS: as needed
FLOATING: may be asked to float to general OR if needed
