What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate vascular surgical procedures and patient care plans
  • Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and management
  • Participate in patient evaluations and document findings, ensuring high-quality care standards
  • Support the surgical team during vascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and compliance
  • Educate patients and families about vascular health, treatments, and recovery processes
  • Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and comply with healthcare regulations
  • Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives within the vascular unit

What You Need
  • Required:
    • Active nursing license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
    • Prior vascular surgery or related specialty experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of vascular procedures and patient management
  • Preferred:
    • Certification in vascular nursing or related specialty
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
