What You’ll Do- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate vascular surgical procedures and patient care plans
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and management
- Participate in patient evaluations and document findings, ensuring high-quality care standards
- Support the surgical team during vascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and compliance
- Educate patients and families about vascular health, treatments, and recovery processes
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and comply with healthcare regulations
- Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives within the vascular unit
What You Need- Required:
- Active nursing license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
- Prior vascular surgery or related specialty experience preferred
- Strong understanding of vascular procedures and patient management
- Preferred:
- Certification in vascular nursing or related specialty
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
