Critical Bonus Amount: $10,000 for a one- year commitment or $25,000 for a two- year commitment POSITION SUMMARY: The scrub surgical technologist handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. He/she has an understanding of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. He/she has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED One year of healthcare experience Knowledge of Surgical Instruments and Procedures Knowledge of Anatomy/Physiology BLSP upon hire with the American Heart Association Current Employees are not eligible for critical bonus
