What Youll Do:- Serve as primary first assist in the operating room for various surgical procedures in Urology, Gynecologic Oncology, Endoscopy, and Otology
- Assist on scheduled surgeries, primarily during OR blocks from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Support surgeons in case preparation and intraoperative assistance
- Participate in patient care activities within inpatient and outpatient settings
- Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
What You Need:- Texas state medical license (pending acceptable)
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Surgery, or relevant specialty
- Minimum 1 year of surgical or first assist experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
