- Experience: Preferred 1+ years in surgical specialty settings

What Youll Do:- Assist with adult surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including Urology, Gyn Onc, Endo Surgery, and Otology
- Serve as primary first assist during surgeries, focusing 100% of your time in the OR
- Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient care
- Work scheduled OR blocks, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Manage approximately 2-3 cases daily, including robotic surgeries
- Support perioperative patient care in inpatient/outpatient settings
What You Need:- Valid Texas license (pending acceptable)
- Board Certified in Nurse Practitioner scope for surgical outpatient care
- Minimum 1 year of surgical first assist experience preferred
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
