• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract/Locum
• Licensure: Idaho license or IMLC accepted
• Experience: Relevant hand surgery or orthopedic experience preferred
• Schedule: Must commit to at least 7 consecutive days per month; preference for two 7-day stints, but will consider individual 7-shift blocks

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $2,646.50

What You’ll Do:

• Provide orthopedic surgical care focused on hand conditions and injuries
• Offer hospital-based coverage during scheduled shifts and call periods
• Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain documentation and patient records in accordance with facility protocols
• Respond to trauma and surgical emergencies as part of call coverage
• Participate in consults and assist with complex hand procedures

What You Need:

• Medical license in Idaho or IMLC acceptance
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery or Hand Surgery
• Proven experience in orthopedic or hand surgery preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during call shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
