    Ambulatory Surgery Center | Las Vegas Metro / Henderson Area | Full-Time | $135,000–$170,000

    The Opportunity
This is a full-scope Administrator role at a Joint Commission–accredited ambulatory surgery center in the Las Vegas Metro / Henderson area, operated under the platform of the country's largest ASC network. You would step into executive accountability over facility operations, financial performance, quality programs, and physician relationships at a specialty-focused center with a well-defined case mix and an established medical staff.
This is not an interim or transition role. It is a permanent, full-time position for someone ready to own the facility — financially, operationally, and culturally.

    The Role
As Administrator, you carry full responsibility for the facility's day-to-day performance and long-term trajectory. Your scope includes:
    - Leading daily operations across administrative, clinical support, and business functions
    - Serving as the primary liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and the national Home Office
    - Developing and managing operating, staffing, and capital budgets
    - Monitoring financial performance and managing operational risk
    - Overseeing staffing, workforce planning, and employee performance management
    - Supporting physician relationships, credentialing, and medical staff coordination
    - Managing vendor, service, and physician contracts
    - Driving quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives
    - Ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
    - Identifying opportunities for service line development and operational growth

    What You Bring
    **Required:**
    - Bachelor's degree (minimum)
    - 2–5 years of healthcare leadership experience
    - Background in ASC administration or hospital surgical services leadership with meaningful ASC exposure
    - Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial performance, and compliance
    - Comfort operating as the senior-most leader on site
    **Preferred:**
    - Experience within a physician-owned or joint-venture ASC
    - Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation standards
    - Background in Gastroenterology or multi-specialty outpatient surgical environments

    What We Offer
    - Base salary: $135,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience
    - Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
    - Full benefits package
    - Institutional support from a national ASC platform with deep operational infrastructure

Why the Las Vegas Metro / Henderson Area
The Las Vegas Metro is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country — and Henderson specifically has emerged as one of the most livable communities in the Southwest, consistently ranking among the safest mid-size cities in the nation. You get the economic energy of a major metro, without the density. Spring and fall are genuinely beautiful; winters are mild; outdoor access to Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River corridor is real and proximate. The region draws professionals from across the country, and once people are here, they tend to stay.

    About the Organization
This position is with a Joint Commission–accredited ambulatory surgery center operating within the infrastructure of the country's largest ASC platform. The facility operates three treatment rooms with a specialty focus in Gastroenterology and functions as a physician-owned/physician-invested model. The Administrator reports within a structured governance framework that includes a Governing Board, Medical Staff, and national Home Office — providing both autonomy at the facility level and access to the resources of a national organization.
