What Youll Do
- Provide specialized surgical care for cardiothoracic patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform complex surgeries as required within the cardiothoracic specialty
- Monitor and assess patient progress pre- and post-operation
- Document all patient interactions and procedures thoroughly and accurately
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices for patient care
What You Need
Required:- Active Wisconsin Medical License
- Board-certified or eligible in Surgery with specialization in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cardiothoracic procedures
Preferred:- Experience working in large hospital or tertiary care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
