What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in complex adult cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic surgeries, and emergent dissections
  • Support procedures such as maze, endoscopic vein harvesting, sternotomies, and mechanical circulatory support (Impella, ECMO, IABP)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at an academic hospital setting
  • Manage pre- and post-operative patient care in the operating room
  • Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards

What You Need:
  • Valid Missouri license and certification
  • BLS certification (required); RNFA preferred
  • At least 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
