What Youll Do:- Assist in complex adult cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve repair/replacement, aortic surgeries, and emergent dissections
- Support procedures such as maze, endoscopic vein harvesting, sternotomies, and mechanical circulatory support (Impella, ECMO, IABP)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at an academic hospital setting
- Manage pre- and post-operative patient care in the operating room
- Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards
What You Need:- Valid Missouri license and certification
- BLS certification (required); RNFA preferred
- At least 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
