What Youll Do:- Provide advanced practitioner support for urgent cardiothoracic surgeries from cath lab to operating room
- Assist with vein harvesting and other specialized procedures
- Support patients aged 18+ during critical and post-op phases
- Collaborate closely with surgical staff and ICU teams
- Perform rounding, assist with callbacks, and manage patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
What You Need:Required:- PA license in Pennsylvania
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiothoracic surgery or related specialty
- Strong skills in vein harvesting, patient management, and complex surgical support
Preferred:- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to work flexible, extended hours in a fast-paced environment
