Summary:

Goldbelt Halo, LLC is looking for a Surge / Contingency Case Manager.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide case-management coverage during leave, vacancies, onboarding, transition periods, and workload surges.
  • Step into active production when case volumes increase or backlogs develop.
  • Perform medical case intake, review, tracking, routing, data entry, disposition support, and customer support.
  • Cross-cover other case-management functions to maintain continuity.
  • Support backlog reduction and time-sensitive or high-priority cases.
  • Maintain readiness to move between functions based on workload needs.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong ability to work independently and shift quickly between workflows.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical case management, medical readiness, aeromedical administration, occupational health, disability evaluation, or similar medical administrative work.
  • Experience handling high-volume administrative or medical cases.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 background investigation and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broad exposure across multiple medical readiness or case-management functions.
  • Air Force or DoD medical system experience.
  • Experience entering an existing workflow and becoming productive quickly.
  • Familiarity with AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS, ASIMS, JLV, or related systems.
