Surety & Fidelity Associate Attorney (Fully In Office)

A respected law firm is seeking a Surety & Fidelity Associate Attorney to join its Nashville office. This is a fully in-office position based in Nashville, TN.

What you'll do:

- Provide litigation support in surety and fidelity matters, including dealer bond cases

- Support professional liability cases

- Conduct legal research and manage case files

What you'll bring:

- 3+ years of experience, with a track record of managing your own files

- An active Tennessee bar license (required)

- Eagerness to learn new practice areas
