Provides technical guidance and expertise, recommending or validating changes to proposed schedules and timelines. Manages the team of Project Managers overseeing all Life Cycle Replacement or Modernization projects.
Manages timeliness of project deliverables-requires effective planning, scheduling, and management of resources to ensure timely completion of project phases.
Analyzes competing requirements, schedule changes, funding variations, and recommends realignment of schedules and reallocation of available resources among program elements to best fulfill mission requirements for essential programs.
