About the Role:
10 Huron Condominium Association in Jersey City, NJ is looking for a dedicated and reliable Supporting Staff member to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the condominium property
• Provide support to residents and respond to general inquiries or requests
• Help maintain clean, safe, and well-organized common areas throughout the building
• Assist with package handling, deliveries, and front desk support as needed
• Support maintenance and facilities staff with minor tasks and errands
• Monitor building access and ensure the security and safety of residents
• Report any property issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or building services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform light physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist across various duties
• Basic understanding of building safety and security procedures preferred
