Primary Responsibilities
Perform Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and Transportation Scheduling functions
Able to cycle count locations, identify deviations in stock levels, and reports deviations to Supervisor in an appropriate time manner
Performs audits on a sampling of completed orders for accuracy to ensure high level of customer service
Process In and Outbound deliveries/shipments using WMS
Research and resolve any issues that arise with in/out bound deliveries/shipments
Responsibilities to perform some inbound and outbound planning
Train associates on different functional areas
Integral part of annual facility inventory
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
3+ years related warehouse, training, or distribution experience
Experience using WMS (specifically Manhattan WMS), preferred
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
Able to frequently lift and carry up to 40 lbs, frequent standing and bending
Experience using material handling equipment, preferred
