Job Summary

Customer Service Support Specialist answers the telephone switchboard and greets customers in a retail environment. This role also assists the regional office team with administrative support functions, serving internal and external customers and prospective customers.


Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls through the telephone switchboard.

• Greet and assist customers in a retail environment.

• Provide administrative support to the regional office team.

• Support internal and external customers and prospective customers.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.

Requirements

• One (1) year of customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in person.

• Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in general computer operations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Summary Qualification

• Proven customer service experience in both phone-based and face-to-face settings.

• Background in providing administrative support in a customer-focused environment.

• Solid computer literacy with common office software.

• Meets minimum educational requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.

Skill

• Customer service and interpersonal communication.

• Telephone etiquette and call handling.

• Basic administrative and organizational skills.

• Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
